Weekly Paris Pilates

Most of you know that I made a huge move to Paris last fall! Part of the excitement is offering Pilates with Kari.

But the best part is that even from far away, I get to share how to find better posture, alignment, and strength with all of you!

I'm offering a series of online Pilates classes

Tuesday from March 1 - April 21st
9 am MST/ 10 am Costa Rica Time
5 pm Paris Time

30- 45 minutes
It's 30 minutes of focused movement + coaching, with an optional extra 15 minutes of advanced work for anyone craving a deeper challenge.

Can't join live? No problem. I send out a recording of every session after- good for one week!
